Interesting because carefully putting more load on muscles (and connective tissues) helps them get stronger and less painful.

piriformis pain is also due to spine problem. injecting piriformis directly or local treatment would make a short term relief only.

Unfortunately, many injections only offer short term relief because they don't address the underlying cause

if SI joint got pain, it might be due to something got wrong in the whole spine and hip joints
