Nice. The '82 and '83 Signature Marks had some cost-cutting, like the storage consoles in the doors were removed, the plush carpet in the trunk was removed, and the rechargable glovebox flashlight was removed.

They also had more interior space than the Mark V, plus the Mark VI also was available in 4 door.

Yes and that 4dr Mark VI was better looking than the Town Car from 1980-84. My Neighbors had a 78 Mark V and he told me it was almost to big to drive around parking lots, He liked cars and could afford anything he really wanted and he drove his Firebird a lot more than the Lincoln because of that
