Fairly new to your channel. Thoroughly enjoying this 'hidden gem' on KZbin. Long-time yogi, never embraced Yin (always struggled with being in stillness), but now find myself looking forward to yours as 'good medicine' for old, stiff body. Especially with daily, morning practice where I keep routines low to the mat. Can feel BP drop with your very gentle voice and quiet teaching style. Stressful times so working on how to quiet the mind while sinking into the poses. Adding your videos to more active intermediate yoga sessions, as well as some Pilates, so there's a variety providing balance of movement. Thanks. :)

@@TimberlakeYoga i just did the meditation you linked to, it was great. I took up meditating earlier this year as my mind went a little SNAFU and I was anxious and stressed all the time. It's been a real life saver, if I'm being honest. I've been mediating everyday now for a while, sometimes twice a day so having another resource to go to is wonderful. Tara's practice was really refreshing, gentle and instilled a sense of calm, so thank you for linking to it. Part of the reason I normally leave your video's to the weekend, is so I have the space and time to meditate beforehand and then do your yoga practice when I'm really receptive and ready to sink into it. It's one of my favourite little rituals of the week. So thanks again, your so generous for sharing 😊
