Good luck! Being active 45 minutes for 6 days a week seems excessive if your aren't used to that level of activity

It can be. It's helpful to start out with light to moderate activities.

Thanks! Daily progress pics are part of the 75 Hard challenge. Not required with 75 Soft thankfully! (I say thankfully because I don't need to focus on my body in the way and to the extent that 75 Hard advises. I'll share more about why I didn't choose that challenge next week.)
