Hello dear, please boil the potatoes after youve sliced them in a big pot of boiling water for around 5 minutes and when you poke it it will be semi cooked, then drain, oil season and bake high heat for 30-40 minutes. U will end up with life changing potatoes. This applies to yukon/ gold potatoes. You dont have to boil russet potatoes.

I will try the tahini recipes. That sandwich!!! Wow. I am obsessed with tahini as I try to eat a lot of mediterranean food. Last week I stirred a tablespoon of tahini into a serving of spaghetti sauce and put it on the "noodles" made out of hearts of palm. The best thing I've eaten in ages. So I am searching for tahini recipes. Thanks for the tips.

Little tip for when your potatoes have a little bit longer to go but your other pans are big and need space use the floor of the oven as another shelf for anything that is practically done because obviously your losing the all round air flow from the bottom but there is enough to cook things that’s nearly done. That way your other items can take up full space on the upper shelves. 😊

Would love a high protein low fodmap meal prep video or a high protein dairy free meal prep. Having trouble lately with my health journey since I’ve found out I have so many food sensitivities and I bloat a lot so currently trying to figure out what bloats me and also what causes my eczema flares
@username0000910 ай бұрын
Tomato and potato turned out to be causing eczema flairs for one of my family members. The crazy thing is that we did a food sensitivity test with an experienced naturopath who said the tomato and potato weren’t likely to be causing the eczema (apparently they aren’t commonly linked). She still said to cut them out as a possible cause for other symptoms, thank goodness.
@alexisbas1010 ай бұрын
@@username00009 I have seen that before. I’m not totally sure what cause mine. I know dairy, gluten, almonds, and peanuts do but I’ve recently discovered I also have GERD so there are also MORE foods I can’t eat lmao
@carolina_is_free9 ай бұрын
If you have so much trouble with IBS, GERD, allergies, eczema, etc. maybe the keto(vore) or carnivore diet could be helpful to you? There are many people that had a lot of success and betterment of symptoms by leaving nearly all plant-foods out of their diet because most of them can be very inflammatory an they also contain anti-nutrients which some people are highly allergic to. Videos from Dr. Ken Berry, Steak & Butter Gal (Bella), Dr. Anthony Chaffee and many more contain a lot of helpful information about the medical things. Best of luck.❤

What kind of pans do you use, are they nonstick? I like to keep my calories down by using very little oil in cooking but with my stainless steel pans, they are impossible to clean without using more oil. I like to experiment in the kitchen that’s my favorite thing about cooking. .. and yes you can have a protein shake they are not usually very high in calories. You can use it to replace a snack - a lot of protein shakes are about 120 cal (check your one) .. you could add an apple or banana to complete the snack and make it a bit more filling
