I had and brand new mx 100 in '80 when I was 10. I miss the 80s

I've rebuilt a bunch of those things. I think I have a brand new factory carb for that.

Just kinda goofin' with this on the cheap. I put a slightly different intake boot on it cause it was $15 instead of $105 and the Nibbi is a $60 carb. I like the carb angle better but doesn't line up with factory air box. It starts good with choke, holds idle good after warmed up with choke off and has good snappy throttle response. I was afraid to let it idle down in the video cause I thought it was gonna die but it doesn't. Settles into a nice low idle and keeps running.

@@keithschneider6348 Yeah. I've had motorcycles all my life but didn't really discover the coolness of 2 strokes till I was 50. I'm sure my body is in much better shape than it would be if I was messing with them as a young man.

Oopsie, dont ride off road, or wash it. 😳😳😳

It is an oiled foam filter. Rear fender and side panels will be adequate. I won't be forging any rivers or power washing the filter😬.

Is it a good idea to break from original? Original vintage bikes are big money.
@JustoniP22 күн бұрын
I'll keep the original parts. I doubt that I would sell it though.
