75HARD Where is my focus?

Groups of the days seemed to have somewhat of a theme to them. The themes were not what I anticipated that they’d be. They were very introspective which I knew what going to happen but as I actually got into it I didn’t know how I would feel as I was addressing my own thoughts. As I got better at grasping each one I transitioned into tackling a new theme. They are build on eachother.
