How I understand the loud neighbor stereo..........

that wasn't anywhere as loud as he normally bumps it , at 8am when he leaves for work he cranks the 2 12" subs in his trunk and our house shakes so much that pictures fall off the walls .

The Random Mechanic wait till the neighbor has a party on the porch starting at 11pm, and her ex is a cop. And nothing happens. I had to move and sell. The hood went to hell because of her, know what I mean?
