That bedroom set for Ashton is in great shape. It is not feminine but totally appropriate for him for the rest of his life. Lots of drawers to put things but nooks and crannies to put "special" things too.

What a fabulous place the furniture is great .the bedroom set for Ashton is so unusual.i love that wrought iron garden furniture tho with the bright blue cushion its just what i like. The stuff in there is what you call eclectic just that bit different.

Jocelyn, you and Dagny were talking about using a Magic Eraser to clean the whale ashtray- I use a great product called “Peek” ( can be found on Amazon). I use it to clean Pyrex and ceramic pieces and glass that I find thrifting. It works miracles - a little goes a long way! It cleans discoloration on vintage Pyrex and other awesome finds.

We had that same type of sink with attached drainage in our apartment. Washed my babies in it plenty of times, and would hook up a apartment sized washing machine to do our laundry. Besides doing lots & lots of dishes!!!

The string bird painting reminds me of a decoration my mom had in our house. It was a bird cage made with strings that u hung from the ceiling. The inside of the cage had flowers and birds.

At 3:53 I think I know what that cat is. I think it is a BENIN BRONZE CAT. the one I have is 5 1/2” tall by 5 1/2 long and is heavy and is a leopard. It’s solid cast bronze using the lost wax method. Mine is valued around $180. I hope you read this since it is an older post😊. Fran
