780HP Audi S2 Quattro vs Ferrari 488 Pista

During yesterdays RACE1000 I have filmed this crazy 780HP Audi S2 Quattro fitted with a Garrett Turbo. It racing against a Ferrari 488 Pista on the 1/2 mile straight! Who will be the fastest after the 1/2 mile drag race? I hope you will enjoy the video!

The guy with the red Audi was Andreas Freund, one of Germany's (if not THE one) underground racing legends... I knew him from the early 90s when he bought his legendary Audi S2 as an accident car and built it up completely by himself. Now, in September, Andreas died due to cancer... See you again, Andy.

I love it! I've got a '95 S6 in emerald green much like the one you see toward the end. The Audi turbo fives are legendary. Not surprised the Ferrari won, but I'd take that S2 any day.
