These lobsters are on the tiny side. When they are larger, it's worth digging into the back of the lobster where the legs attach because the meat is really tender.

Many patrons of this AYCE lobster buffet avoid getting their hands greasy and their fingers waterlogged by wearing inexpensive nitrile examing gloves, discarding the gloves for a new pair with each lobster they eat. I thought I was being clever when I did this the first time, then I saw many of the diners around me doing the same thing.

I second the recommendation of getting a reservation one or TWO months ahead. I tried to get one a month before my last trip and they were all booked. I'll have to show you how to eat a whole Lobster 🦞 sometime 😂
