Thank you, however, none of these files are there for me. :D

Yes sorry should have made that clearer this is about changing the IP address when you move or change the router or add anew hub. Simconnect comes with each simulator and the files are embedded and need to be installed if you have not installed yet - iPads of advice how to do that a good one is here kzbin.info/www/bejne/jXuyf4KIitdnars at 1:50’shows where the simconnect files are for MSFS - checkout KZbin for videos on installing in XPlane and P3D.

@@simplysimulator Thank you, Sir! I've just found two great apps, TCPView and Process Explorer. I really recommend them. They are showing everything, it's fantastic! My problem is that Little Navmap and the addon: GSX Pro (ground handling) probably don't like each other, and after some time they both can't connect to the sim (MSFS2020) anymore. So I want to find a way how to restart just simconnect without restarting the sim or Windows itself.

Sorry no ideas how to do that (or even whether it is possible) - if you track down a solution please share as it would be very useful - best of luck mate

@@simplysimulator Okay, so what I've learned since my last message is really important, I think. (And it took me 2 full days to figure it out, unfortunately.) Even if somebody just uses Little Navmap or any other application or add-on that needs simconnect, it is crucial to know. Thing is, this is a NEW BUG in MSFS since Sim Update 11! Here it is! If you turn ACTIVE PAUSE ON during a flight, simconnect immediately says a fairwell to MSFS, and there is no way back, only restarting the sim itself. So after you turn on active pause, EVERYTHING that used simconnect on your machine loses the connection with the sim. That's why for me, Little Navmap and GSX Pro both stuck. LNm did't show the aircraft's position anymore (and it can't reconnect!), and for GSX Pro, the ground handling vehicles or characters didn't move anywhere, just stood in one place after spawning for the eternity, because they didn't know where my aircraft's position was anymore. And of course, whatever you do in the sim, GSX also can't reconnect, because the problem is outside the sim by then. Anyway, the devs of Little Navmap have already notified Asobo about the issue, so hopefully the guys will fix this and then everything goes back to normal. Well... "Normal". It's still Microsoft, isn't it? :) So you never know. But we hope for the best. :) And HAPPY, SUCCESSFUL NEW YEAR TO YOU and everybody who reads this! :)))

@@CristianCalhoun Blimey great detective work and thanks both for finding and sharing. As you say fingers crossed Microsoft will fix this quickly - more sloppy programming which has been a feature of these MS simulators since 1982….. Happy New Year to you and yours too and thanks again for the contact and support very much appreciated.
