Salmon, cod liver and hamburger are food with cruelty! I consider that there are substitutes in this world without brutally kill the animals . Only sauerkraut, arugula, pecan and olive oil here are plant-based, vegan.
I spent a year to lose my weight from 130bls to 95bls, didn't need to do exercise at all, and my weight didn't increase again even i eat a lot now (of course low carbs still). And I found I am a lot healthier, not getting sick as often as before. This really works.

Our body will benefit from variety of food, not "Just this not that" or eat twice, three times a week of something. Nothing is healthy if we go extreme or too selective for the 7. I try not to buy and eat the same thing every week. I do have friends who are so knowledgable about health, food... they don't look very healthy at all, I do have friends who are care free, they look very healthy. Don't forget, being happy, feeling happy, being care-free play more important role than just eat healthy.
