I would like to ask why my body contains sufficient vitamin B6, B12, folate , but the homocysteine is still high? I do exercise everyday. Thank you in advance.
Dear Dr. Berg, Thanks a million for your generous and knowledgeable sharing. It brings out an amazing outcome just for 2 weeks, I feel lots better without any added sugar or carbohydrates from starch, and almost all the edema all over my body was gone. My face is no longer roundish. 2.5kg of my weight has been reduced (water retention). By following your keto diet and 168 intermittent fasting, I once have bloating. But somehow, by intaking less raw greens together with sauerkrant and apple cider vinegar, the bloating was gone. By now, my eating window can be reduced to 6 hours without any feelings of starving or craving for junk food at all. Thus, I'll keep working on it and thank you so much and have a great day. Would sugar include any fruit? But if you cut off all fruit, it’s not healthy either?

I started to stop coffee in breakfast since September. Reduce intake of brown rice during dinner, take normal lunch (try as much as possible to reduce carbs). Till now, i lost 2.17kg. My waist line has reduced as well 😊 and, i will continue to follow Dr Berg ✌

I think black coffee is healthy for it contains no carb or sugar 🤔🤔🤔
ok man sounds fantastic. but what else can i eat if I'm a vegetarian but wanna cut off all kinds of carb and sugar? where can i get my calories and nutrients from?
I tired this but many side effects come out, such as easy to get angry, losing memories, not be concentrated, etc. Ofc, u will be slimmer but I dun think it’s suitable for everyone
