Think of construction guys working there, installing windows with nothing at the edge, only a harness making sure you don't fall down. Don't forget the wind up there! It can be crazy! You carry plywood and have to hold it tight so it doesn't blow off the building or blow you over the edge. You get use to it though. We have the best view at the top! 360 degree view with no obstructions!

I’m glad to see most the comment being happy for someone else. Also that’s actually not a bad deal..for the place, location, view. You’d probably get something similar for that price in most other cities, cities that aren’t one of the most expensive in the world. That might even be without the view. LA doesn’t have a lot of high rises with a view like most cities, so this is already fairly rare. The fact that LA doesn’t have a lot of high rises means the views tend to be better. A small studio in some parts of LA will be at least 2k. All things considered I’d almost say this is a suspiciously good deal. I have a feeling this is in the area near skid row. Which I guess is cool if you want drugs.

A lot of tiktokers find their accounts blowing up after one viral video. They probably spend months to a year accumulating whatever income it brings in to determine if upgrading to a significantly more luxurious space is feasible. My ex was paying 1k for his shared apartment to about 5k. There was no in between. The difference in one’s income can change over night for some. Sometimes it’s a side hustle that did well, or a job change or an investment that paid off.

Lot of internet Girl or OF girls think they can make the same money in their 40s and spending like crazy at the moment, in their mind internet simp will pay for them, real life boyfriend will pay for them. She is just their to do some seductive content and build a “fancy” style that leads the young female generations to a sh!t hole. When money comes easy seems, they don’t realize the importance of budgeting. If they start investing right now with the stack of cash, passive income will be able to afford them $8000 place in the future.

Very luxurious and she's worked for it, deserves it, if it's what she has always wanted. I worry if she has relatives with kids though as they can't visit Aunty .. Imagine them playing around on the sofa on the balcony, or standing on the table "Look I can fly!".. When she decides to have children she'll be looking for a nice Bungalow.. It's cheaper to buy a house. I guess if you're traveling for work and you need to be there temporarily, it makes some sense to rent something this expensive, especially if you make tens of thousands of dollars a month.
