I personally need to start doing this for my New Year resolution. I'm NOT receiving the required 5hrs of REM sleep at 🌙 . That is probably why I have a round belly. I want and need to get stay 😴 through the night.
@richardmiddleton77704 жыл бұрын
REM sleep is the lightest sleep when you dream. It's deep sleep you need more of, even then 1-2 hours is enough. I average around an hour each of REM and deep sleep and around 5 hours of light sleep, BUT I wake multiple times during the night totalling around 2 hours! I drink chamomile before bed and it sure does get me to sleep fast in 5-10 minutes so I will try the hops as he mentioned to stay asleep.

I think you can control sleep and wake with a 6kg kettle bell morning to wake up lift the kettle bell from by your legs to under your arm pit with a bit of a stretch quickly with each arm 20 times. This activates the kidneys. Evening to wind down lift the kettle bell from over your shoulder to in front of your shoulder 15 times with each arm. This stimulates the back of the mind and makes you more ready for sleep.

Great video!! Sleep is really, really important for your health. But we also know that if you’re having trouble getting enough shut-eye, prescription or over-the-counter sleep aids are not the way to go. We know that sleep aids can cause tons of issues (gut issues, IBS, intestinal bleeding, impaired cognitive function…the list goes on and on), so we skip OTC and Rx sleep remedies. 👊✨

However, I also sleep backwards and my deepest sleep starts around 5am, at the end of my sleeping. And I’ve always been able to drink a large tea, coffee, etc, right before bed and sleep like a baby (tested as caffeine intolerant). . . My doc says NEVER exceed 10mg melatonin; very bad health issues if you exceed it-please talk to your doctor.

All with doctor's supervision only consider 5htp if you are not on antidepressants along with hot magnesium baths. Works great for sleep. Get tested for mthfr--almost everyone with fibromyalgia has it--means they can't detox correctly. Avoid all chemicals in everything including grooming products. Go to mthfr.net and get tested---it's a simple blood test---folate and b12 are hugely needed. I am praying right now that you are healed in Jesus's name now!!!! Very true. I sleep in a dark room, no electronic devices, no exercise before bed, 66 degrees in the room, 15mg timed release melatonin plus valerian, not a drop of alcohol before bed and I wake up after 5 hours with barely any REM. Menopausal insomnia is completely different.

I will add to the replies to my post. I think the major thing is the soil is depleted of the the best nutrients from overuse. We don't know the use of all nutrients yet. And sleep. 8 for sure, give me 9 and I can conquor the world. Another thing is one that everyone tunes out when you say it. WATER. I had to prove it to myself. Up the water to at least a half gallon a day, start with smaller increments. Then you can even increase that. A thousand little things disappear. Aches, dry eyes, WEIGHT, so much. Without it, you have those. With it, you lose those. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND THAT SIMPLE THINGS LIKE SLEEP AND WATER ARE MAJOR EFFECTORS. I mean, why WOULDN'T IT BE THAT IMPORTANT??Simple things we have either lost or stopped doing. Don't ask a doctor. You won't get agreement.
@jennevaa5 жыл бұрын
the real issue is, how did we get that way... our grandparents were not ... whatever is causing all of the dysfunction, we are trying to overcome it. same with ADHD,and a lot of things that didn't exist. IF we know the root cause, we can avoid of correct it more naturally.

If your body is swore all the time from exercise you need to eat more complete protein and fats for your muscles. Vitamin E helps too and soybean oil, but I am not suggesting that you should take a vitamin E supplement nor use soy bean oil either. Too much of anything may not be good for you, but vitamin E supplements definitely help relieve muscle soreness. Although I would be careful how much I take and make sure to eat the complete protein and green vegetables too. Too much vitamin E might increase the chances of bursting a blood vessel.
