The trick is to be able to lose yourself a bit and have it not be a problem. All about balance...and courage, lol. Besides interpersonal transformation in relationship requires a bit of losing yourself , so you can become a better self. I think sometimes that when things are "out of control", unplanned, etc., that's when you really find out what you're made of.

All that for what? Some of you better think about sacrificing your personality to becoming a mindless automaton for 8 weeks of trash sex and a lifetime of misery. Ask yourself honestly, have you ever seen a video of women learning to improve your lifestyle? Didnt think so. This is a whore fantasy and as hard as you try, you will never msintain it. Bottomline is this- use women for the one thing they have that you dont. Lie, cheat, steal, as they would.

When women give advice about what makes the ideal man, I generally roll my eyes. Because they usually describe that quintessential “nice guy “ beta that they typically ignore for the Alpha Guy. This was the first ideal man video created by a female that I’ve watched and agreed with. You described a rational and high functioning man that all men should strive to be. Well done.

1. Don't have to prove yourself to anyone. Don't be hung up. Hold your power, know who you are. You don't have to say things, or do things to get people to like you. 2. Not attracted to an outcome. If it doesn't work out, you will be ok. Don't seek to validate yourself with the other person. You're ok if it works out, you're ok if it doesn't work out. Don't put pressure bc pressure shows neediness, insecurity, attachment. 3. What value can I offer someone without expectations. Tit for tat mindset is small minded and insecure. Being gracious about what you can offer is attractive 4. Unapologetically honest. It's attractive to being honest and open about opinion. Don't be agreeable. Women test this all the time. Show that you are you and not trying to impress her. 5. You value your time. Is she worth it? You take your time with her to see if she is worth it for you. Don't fall into just the visuals but take time to get to know the person emotionally and what their worth is in the relationship. You evaluate and act. 6. Show up powerfully in your own skin. You walk in and exude confidence and internal well-being. Women can sense this. Be powerful in who you are. You need to be focused on something that is thriving in your life. 7. Be compassionate and patient. Don't be too defensive, easily offended and angered. Getting offended easily and being quick to anger bc you think you have to be defensive kills attraction. Know how to breath and just open things up to discussion. 8. Embrace Failures with Strength and Confidence. Don't react to your life mistakes by getting down on yourself and harping on negativity. Acknowledge you messed up and find out how you're going to fix it and deal with it.

But many women are fools. They are not collectively nearly as smart as men when it comes to relationships. Now there are some smart women out there, but they are married. There is usually a reason why these women are single, and usually it is because they are foolish. Most women have not a single clue as to how to attract decent men into their lives -- all of the ghosting, dissing nice guys, and all of that. Is that attractive behavior to any of us men? Do any men anywhere think that is attractive? Heck no, but women do it anyway because they have no clue as to how to attract quality men. So we men need tools so that we can "trick" women into wonderful relationships -- because if we rely on women nothing will ever happen.

Appalonia, I wish I had you locally. I lost my wife of 25 years in 2021, MBC. I finally got grief counseling and I thought I was ok to try and get back into dating, I'm 70 this past Dec. but I look 50 ish without the beard. A recent date turned serious in about a month and I have to say I was "pushing the envelope" and as your video said, I appeared too needy! When we came back from a cabin trip for New Years, her mother in an assisted living home was not tended to by this woman's siblings who were supposed to help so this date and I could leave town. Something happened with the mother and she didn't get the care she was promised. My date said she wanted to break off our relationship, I wanted to punch whoever screwed up because now I'm back to being alone, overnight. We had planned on going to Grand Cayman and she had no problem saying so in the birthday care she gave me 2 days before the trip ended. I did get too romantic I did most of the 8 tips you gave in some way or another but I had no problems relating with her until we got back. She's in her 50's her birthday is Jan. 15 which is also the anniversary of my sisters death when she was 5 (19601). She cites we are two different lifestyles. I've sent txt messages saying I know I went fast and most of this is probably my fault. She hasn't replied from last nights admission that she now calls me by my first name and not using "Sweetie" or "love" or "honey" etc. Should I give up? I'm 70 and it's been over 35 years since I went on a date and this contact was through a dating service "E-H". Any help would be appreciated. G

Nothing speaks more powerful then honesty/truth. A young woman I felt did take back when I was honest and put my foot done on a certain thing once but after a little time that earned respect and made her more attracted for my opinion, outlook, judgment. Women do find this attractive. But the woman who is worth the value and strong will be the smart one in recognizing your point and stay connected as long as your point was good and correct. The weak ones will just walk away...

Number 2 : You are not attached to a particular outcome was super powerful! As men it's easy to fall into the ''I must succeed no matter what'' trap and our value and self esteem can be pegged to this achievement, which can lead lead to anxiety and low self esteem if you fail. I try to think in terms of ''If I get the girl cool, if not cool, I'll still be me and keep going anyway! ''

1. You don't have to prove yourself to anyone 2. You don't have to get attracted to any outcome 3. What value can I offer someone without expectations? 4. Being compassionate (scenarios when he felt offensive and so staying defensive) and patient. Don't let anybody control your emotions 8. You embrace failures with strength and confidence. Don't get down of yourself. Take proactive notions. Note to Ponti: would've been better if you end your description with the mindset title text as a reiteration and list all 8 points in a final shot as a summary of points.

Moral of the story to get anyone. Love your self to the fullest and never doubt yourself ever, when you do (cause everyone does at times) fight through it and stay loving yourself. If that's done and you find yourself as a socially awkward person work on that by putting yourself in moral social situations and if you have the first mindset it'll come easy.

6 minutes into the video and at the end of the day (as someone who relates alot with her content) comes down to physicality and the aesthetic look that a man has. Looks is and money are key. Everything else comes second.

Phenomenal information. I think number 2 is perhaps the most crucial. Be totally invested and loving towards women, give your all, while simultaneously being 100% ok with it ending at any moment. In other words, don’t have to NEED women. I love the setting you’re in btw, the sky view

You are killing it on this stuff, nice job please keep this up more men in this world need to hear about knowing themselves. One take away that I have seen in my young life is my patience, it isn't the best and I caught myself losing it when my ex boke up with me but as more situations got to me I would look at it more in depth and say "Am I really going to have a bad day because of this and that when they aren't my normal eustress or normal stress?" So, I would calm down and just ignore it.

I appreciated your advise but what about guys on they 35-40 sometimes we feel that we are to old to find love again specially when we have low income .

I can not speak for her but I can say for me. The Reason for All that you do each day. If only tending to your own duties and tasks. Set up by you for you only to perhaps benefit from. Not to include but without a doubt including the work you perform! Everything no matter how small to the person that does and perceives it. Benefits from it at some point in time. Perhaps the last effect from the start of your seeing your need to placing the thought. Taking action and obtaining it. Effected another persons life you don't know. May never meet. Allowing them or say me the ability now to do or say something important for just our lives. I say sincerely, Thank you! You are Loved. From me. May God Bless what you do but are not able see!

If you love yourself, then you will always be loved by someone....the rest of the world will follow. At least I THINK that's what she's trying to say. But then again, me and Forest Gump have a lot in common in that neither of us are "smart men"........j/k, lol.

One ting i take away from this video is to march to the beat of your drum while also listening to the tune she's playing. One thing i'll add is for us men to be presently raw, meaning always be who we are respectfully and authentically.
