You'll laugh, but that back scratcher is one of my all time best buys! I live alone and am not flexible at all. Back itches would drive me crazy, and I would try to scratch on door frames, etc! Never could get a proper scratch until I bought that thing! Love it so much a bought a second one. Now I have one in the living room and one in my bedroom... Sheer bliss! 😂

Great video! And I have the broom and mop holder you have and I’ve had it for YEARS and I love it! I keep it in our laundry room. We even keep the belts on it (with the drop down hooks) so the men in my house can’t say they can’t find a belt anywhere 🤣🤣🤣

I am 100% a person who likes a physical store, because I need to check the quality of an item, because I am fussy as all heck - but being Canadian, we don't have certain things here, so then I become that person who watches a bunch of review videos, then gets overwhelmed, then gets mad, and its a bad cycle haha - the labels and photo frames do look very snazzy though. I also suffer from terrible motion sickness, I might check out those glasses 🤔 thanks for the ideas 😊

I literally have this knife set on my toddlers Amazon Christmas list. Going to have to use some of his Christmas money he gets on them. We just got him a kitchen helper stool this week and he has really been enjoying his new job as mommy’s sous chef and dish washer.

Dear Ariel, I also get carsick very easily! For our trip to the Netherlands, i decided to give these stickers a try. You put one behind each ear, if it's really bad, you can put one above your bellybutton, and don't get sick! We had a 4,5 h drive and on the way home, I even read what's on sale- with my phone! I planned the weekly meal plan- with my phone! I even played a card game, during the ride- WITH MY PHONE!!!!! ok, true, the do smell a bit ...different...but it doesn't make you look as.....cool.... 😂😅 maybe also a alternative. Just Google car sick bandaid and you'll probably find them! ❤

I use one of those mop/broom etc hanger things in my garage, just outside the door to the house. All I have to do is open the door to the garage and barely reach for them.

I have the same Ninja. You’ll have to try this, once your bananas start getting speckled, peel and break in half, put them in zip lock baggies and freeze. When you are craving ice cream, put 3 halves in the ninja, a splash of milk-whatever kind you use, and to flavor it, you can throw in some choc chips for choc chip ice cream, or a few strawberries for strawberry ice cream. You could even put a drop or two of mint flavoring and some semi sweet choc chips for mint chip. The frozen bananas taste exactly like vanilla ice cream. It even works great for sundaes. Just top with some hot fudge, a squirt of whipped cream and a spoonful of chopped nuts. It’s such a great dup! And less than half the calories of regular ice cream!

I have learned to also chop & freeze garlic and ginger. Peel and grind bulk garlic. Garlic, place in dedicated ice cube trays & freeze. Ginger, peel with spoon, shred until too small, chop the rest, freeze shredded in small trays, and chopped freeze loose separately.

Probably my favorite Amazon buy for the home is my immersion blender... which recently broke. 🥺 I have been dropping not so subtle hints to EVERYONE that I need a new one. I used it every single day, sometimes multiple times a day, so it was bound to break eventually. Now I'm back to my handheld whisk (ouch) and frother wand. And while the frother is definitely another great investment, nothing can replace my immersion blender except for a (maybe better brand) immersion blender. By the way, no matter the brand... our frother wands always break over a few months. They're fragile bebes. We have tried at least half a dozen. So if anyone knows a good brand that will last 12+ months, please let me know! Right now, the batting average is like... 5-6 months. But they're amazing while they last!

Thanks for the video. One small word of caution about the write-on snap-on or stick on labels. I got some, and the pen, which wrote on the labels in white, NEVER DRIED! Weeks and months later, even a very light touch smeared the heck out of the label and stuck to my fingers. I noticed that yours didn't appear to smear, but some will! I really like the idea, just not the way the white writing implement I got worked!

I ordered those glasses for my son but he refused to try. We have to medicate him for drives over 30 minutes. I tried them but it was too sunny without sunglasses so I’m not sure if they work for me yet. Maybe on a cloudy or rainy day I’ll have better luck!

I love your content, Awkward Mom! My sweet friend was disabled by working in an automated Amazon warehouse; she represented herself and won, they appealed, she won again, they appealed and she won. Amazon was ordered to pay and they haven’t. It’s been 2 years. She’s a single mom with special needs kids, starting a new career over at 45. She is one of thousands of US workers harmed by Amazon. In it has seen 2 appellate levels, it sounds like a final decision was reached. Your friend may not know what to do next and she needs to act before the time to act expires.
