Asian stores usually have them. If you have a China town near by, the grocery there definitely will have them. You can also shop online on Asian stores. There is a new on called Weee. I haven't shopped with them, but they seem to have everything.

The bird's nest is actually from the saliva of the swallo (bird) the best is the nest with blood . The swallo vomited so hard that they actually die to make her nest. They are mostly found in the high cliff of Indonesia.

It is an awesome one of a kind product for learning what to eat to slow down your ageing process without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my buddy at last got astronomical results with it.

Native Americans and Asians age slowly IF they take care of themselves. So genetics play a huge part. What you put in your body helps as well.
