Nice vlog. Very very correct. All the points are on the spot and well said. I liked the point on ' trying to please at the cost of oneself'. I made this mistake and now I ended being A doormat. Not only I ended up feeling mentally sad and depressed, so much so that I became physically exhausted too and didn't feel like doing any work. No motivation for life. It's changing now... Bimarion ne bhi gir liya hain reason yeh hain ki main ne khud ko kbhi importants e nahi de apna khyal nahi rakha operation ki bad bachoo ka or susralion ka bas kam kam kam .. har wakq kam na apni room ka aj mera room aisa howa hain ki main dekhti ho toh mera dil buhut udas ho ta hin ki meri ammi ne mujhi itna pyara jahiz bana ki diya or me ne ye hall kar diya likin khair abhi main hosh main aye ho ap ki wajh se. 😂 Thnkkk u sooo muchhhh.
