Fail on so many safety checks. Its so unfair that new drivers have to rigourously follow so many rules,while experienced drivers get away with so many faults in real life

I can identify myself with him in some situations. There are 22 years I have learned how to drive in another country and now I have started my lessons to get UK full driving licence. I can tell UK examination is much more methodical than other places. All this mirror checks before signalling. This is something you usually do together when driving. And I would use indicators much more than is required for the test here. It's much more difficult to restart than start from the beginning. As an experienced driver you get some habits, maybe bad ones...

He said that when he moved off he didn’t check his right blind spot at the very beginning… but he did though

Exactly! He’s being way to harsh, I bet others who have passed their test don’t check their mirrors regularly

@@yetundekehinde the right blind spot is checked before moving off. He does it before the car moves, but its meant to be done as soon as the car moves off.

12:25 I think this fault was a bit unfair, he had good control of the car when reversing
@lukemarsden58723 жыл бұрын
53:35 - these situations of checking your left mirror are purely "theoretical". Sorry. When a car comes spinning round the corner you dont have time to check your left mirror - you're reacting to what's in front of you. If a child runs out in front of your car, you slam the brakes down - you dont check your mirrors and then apply the brakes.

Most drivers wouldn’t pass a mock test ironically most learners are more likely to crash then experienced driver that drive like this fella, just cause you check your mirrors twenty times a minute doesn’t mean you will make the right call when it’s needed a

I didn't know Mercedes cars have a manual transmission in the UK! In the US, usually, Mercedes cars are automatic. What Mercedes car is it? Nice car, anyway!

Up to the 8 min mark so far and he hasnt been marking down his habit of keeping the clutch down longer than needed so slight coasting when changing gears and he should have got point off for 8:35 for parking opposite a junction, the yellow line was there for a reason.

His main issue is mirrors he don’t check them before signalling and going over speed limit when it’s a 20mph

20:54 We can see a joiner behind the wall. This car seems to be on a collision course with us but is almost the same speed. At 20:54 we could have checked to see if the lane to our right was sufficiently clear behind for us to change lanes and move out. If it was not then it would be prudent to drop our speed marginally to allow the joiner to join ahead of us. Although joiner should give way to us we are in his blind spot and may not have seen us, but the foregoing procedure will control the situation safely. It is an easy to do procedure provided you are always looking for this situation early where traffic joins and realising early on.. This easy to deal with scenario happens repeatedly with busy dual-carriageways.

Hello, please.. I don`t have the fluence of English, but i understand 98% and i can do exams and everything. But I only don`t have the fluence.. I want to do the exam for the drive`s license. How can i do? Do you guys do this for private, something like this? I saw the videos and i am learning so much! I live in London as well. But my case is that i don`t have any notion of car.. I don`t have experience, with the buttons. I would need to know everything, first before start to drive. Do you guys do this type of lessons or in your channel is only about to show the basics of some lessons of driving? Thank you so much !

You gave serious fault for signals timed but there was no one waiting at the junction so it should be a minor as you said if there was someone there then if they pull out it would be a serious it was a tricky mock test for you to mark it was a fail but you don’t want to give wrong information Just an advisory from 1 instructor to another instructor Stay safe
