I like dates, but they upset my stomach, so I can't eat them. I have been pre-diabetic for over 30 years. This stability is due partly to my being more into salty snacks over sweet ones. It is also partly due to the fact that I like both processed sweets and fruit, so I am quite happy to have fruit for dessert most of the time, instead of processed sweets. Because of this, I don't stress myself with a guilt trip over occasionally indulging in processed treats. Dates, like other fruits, are a great addition to most people's personal menu list, and I wish they could be on my list, too. On my personal plus side, I've been gradually losing weight. I'm still obese but I'm headed in the right direction.😊

Believe it or not you do not get diabetes from sugar or carbs, it comes from too much animal fats surrounding the cells so the cells can not absorb the sugars from your food. That is what diabetes come from

Bad if you’re already diabetic, it not it’s a healthy sugar option. Because it doesn’t cause insulin resistance, it’s okay for your blood sugar to go up(that’s natural biology) but it needs to come down after
