I have got the same bench! My must haves are resistance bands, plate, bench and dumbbells for sure. I agree with about the gloves especially when working out with bands. Recently added some Olympic plates and bars. Half my living room is gym equipment now 😂

Ive had my dumbbells since middle school as well lol but i have them rusty. I leave them like that because it adds weight

I’m a cyclist on Zwift so I focus on lower body. That goes without saying my upcoming Garmin Tacx Neo Plus smart bike (to replace current budget smart bike) Vacmaster floor fan, energy gels/chews and electrolytes. For the gym side of things, Evo tube resistance band system (platform so I can do floor hip thrusts etc) paired with Vector Athletics spilt-squat belt, Freak Athlete Nordic Hyper GHD, Jayflex Crossgrips pull-up handles, Miramat XL yoga mat, Garmin Fenix 6s watch, specifically Bose Ultra Open Earbuds (I hate in ear buds since I can hear my body noise and the Bose are the best sounding open earbuds I tried) birch parallattes/push-up handles, gloves, specifically X-bionic sweatband, Powerbreathe breathing trainer are my must haves.

Push up bars. Ultra door anchor. Wrist/ankle weights. Gotta have 'em. Holding your wife's hand? Don't let anyone give you crap over that. When I was in my 20's, I would tell my wife 'I love you' at the end of every phone call. My friends would act like it wasn't manly or something, teasing me. I just said, 'Yeah, I love my wife. Hey aren't you married? What, you don't love your wife?' I hit the like button just because you deserve a new watch. Almost as much as Mrs. DD deserves a night out while you babysit. Maybe she can do that while you play with your new watch? 😉

problem with resistance bands is, it does build muscle and takes you far from nothing. but at a point, it seems very hard to progressively overload, which is easy with dumbbells. bands for versatility, free weights if anyone wants to put on serious muscle.
