Wonderful. All these can be AMRAP EMOM TABATA workouts. Any one wanting to have a workout module that will test /push their conditioning endurance and strength can use anyone of the module. Congratulations and well done PAVEL. All the best to post more such workouts.

@@praveenc316 that’s right. I often add these to my training in for of Reps, Amrap or EMOM format. Excellent way to squeeze in full body strength and conditioning when limited on equipment or time 👍

How many sets recommended each complexes??

Some done as AMRAP, EMOM or for reps. Also would depends what weight you are using. Start with 8-10 of each complex on each side (not all complexes together, pick one at the start)
