It was the opposite for me, I started at the lowest speed then slowly raised it I find that it stimulates my gums and makes it stronger it doesn’t bleed as much and it’s less painful now and I haven’t seen a difference in my gum line so I guess it depends

Just you guys be careful with the tongue scraper. It does work well but be gentle while using it and run it 2 or 3 times. Otherwise you could irritate your gustative papilla’s and your tongue will retain more food residues and thus causing bad breath and damaging your oral health.
