Another workout this week that is safe for your lower back and neck and is all about slow movements. Slower often means MORE INTENSE, not less. Our goal is to always keep our muscles engaged, not go as fast as possible. That is what cardio is for :)
Note: always consult your doctor if you are injured an need rest or special exercises to recover! We only provide some exercises that work for us when we have back and neck pain, but everyone is different.
