.. ready to ORI ♥︎ and get super sweaty?
In this Tahitian dance workout we practice our
Tāiri Tāmau ( side to side hip movement), Varu (Figure eight shape) and 'Ami (Circular motion) perfect version for beginners or to go back to your basics.
Don't underestimate the simplicity of the workout, I let my Instagram Community chose what they would want to learn and the majority wanted "Technique" :D .. The moves are not complicated, don't be scared. Just don't stop and finish the whole 8 MIN straight, keep your core engaged, bend your knees, and push your hips as far as you can!
That's how you'll get super sweaty.
