Hi, ik it's old video, I made with regular garlic, was great, then saw black garlic at store and tried, was also great, I prefer the black garlic tho, I hooked on grill all 4 times total, and did on lamb chops, tyvm tc

Great question! You can use either, though I prefer the curly parsley and that's what I use ;)

Yes it should be, and of course you can always use minced fresh garlic as well =)
