Yes, the sewerage system in the Topkyo Metropolitan district (23 wards) is not separated in terms of sewage and rainwater transports, but almost rainwater itself only due to the highly dilution in such a context alongside the frequent rainfalls. This is a simple output of urban runoff. Besides, indoor clean water may be thanks for the everyday-based cleaning workers; this great surprising to me, as well.

Misleading. It was regular roads. The actually highways are higher up and don’t flood like low lying areas. Shinagawa area is lower . If you’re going to present like news. At least pronounce the names correctly. Couldn’t understand most Japanese words you said.

thank you, we can prevent these phenomena like cyclone by using this hot seasonal atmospheric condition, recent years in summer geothermal energy happen in surface of coastline, there are many countries in coastline with seasonal hot weather and water condition by using this energy not only is economic but also it reduce global warming like Japan, China, Mediterranean countries, Iran, Mexico, Us, Canada, (Africa and Arabian countries....) that I mentioned in my profile.

大丈夫ですよ。「地下神殿」と言われる「首都圏外郭放水路」という全長6.3kmにも及ぶこの放水路があるので、水がひくのも早いです。地下神殿に流れ込んた水は下水処理施設に流れ濾過して川や海に流れて行きます。全国の地方都市も、雨水は下水処理施設に流れて行く様になっていて、濾過され川や海に流されて行く様になっていくので、水がひくのも比較的に早いです。日本人は皆知っているので、このくらいであれば心配ありません。

元々、日本は台風による大雨で悩まされて来た歴史があります。日本の首都圏の地下深くに「地下神殿」と呼ばれる空間があり、大雨となっても、その地下神殿に流れて行くので水がひくのも早いです。これは「首都圏外郭放水路」と言うもので全長6.3kmにも及び、そこに流れ混んだ水は濾過して河川や海に放水する。これは建設プロジェクトが1992年に開始し10年以上にわたる建設期間を経て 2006年には完成したものです。基本的には、全国の地方都市で大雨となっても、地下に流れ込み下水処理施設に流れ込む様になっていて、その施設で濾過されて川や海に放される仕組みになっています。日本人は皆知っているので、心配は必要ありません。

You contradict yourself by "Jesus died in your place" and then calling to repent.....since you state Jesus died in your place for sin there is no need to call to repent.
