Until last week my baby only woke up once a night. Now he’s waking up from 3-4 AM and won’t fall back asleep. He cries, he blabbles and tries to go places. I’m so exhausted, I can’t wait this to pass.

Mine has done that from the beginning and i have had minimal sleep for 8 months so know its worse for others.

Even with my baby sleep time, whether day or night is tiresome for me. He wakes up more than 15 times and day by day for some reason it's only getting worse. I have been functioning with either no sleep or just 2 hours of sleep when my husband takes him away from me in the morning before he leaves for work. I wonder how difficult it must be for this small being 😞 I now think life is difficult even for these little creatures 😭

My 8 months old has been sleeping horribly, even worse than usual. She however learned how to crawl, stand up and walk around furniture, wave HI, blow a kiss, clap, and had a tooth come through all in like the past three weeks…. 😵💫

My 8 months baby is not sleeping well. He used to sleep at 8 pm and wake up in between for feeding only. But now he is not sleeping. I try to make him sleep in my lap and he is pretty good but as soon as I put him in his crib, after 2 min he just opens his eyes.. not sleeping even for 30 minutes. So exhausted. He is not even sleeping in daytime.

He is very aware of his surroundings now and protesting moving away from you. The trick will be to help him fall asleep in the space he is to be sleeping and avoid the transfer. I go over this all in the book! www.amzn.com/B08WQ2J8MZ

My 8 month old goes down at 8pm and always wakes between 3-4am. Gets a bottle and goes back to sleep. Now he's waking around 11pm, 4am, and then 6am. It's rough.

Omg the same thing is happening with my 8 month old! Her bedtime used to be between 7-8pm and she would wake up between 4-5am but now she sleeps between 10-11pm and wakes up anytime around 3-5am. It is literal hell because she hardly sleeps during the day also.

Unfortunately my baby's not a good sleeper. Although, I tried different things with him and followed your guidance and instructions but still we both are struggling 😔 he's now 9 months old but he doesn't nap well and longer as well as night time. Even rocking or feeding don't work every time to put him to sleep. I run bedtime routine and also for his day- time naps, I try to stick to a routine but it looks like he just wants what he wish and I can't force him to nap or sleep at the specific times every day. Usually, I check your baby's sleep schedule according to their ages and try to implement that but still nothing gets better

So sorry to hear you're struggling. Timing is the third pillar of the Helping Babies Sleep Method but you haven't implemented all 5 pillars that you need to help your child achieve independent sleep skills. As long as you are continuing to "make him sleep" you will likely stay stuck where you are. All the pillars and our methodology is listed and explained in our book on Amazon. www.amzn.com/B08WQ2J8MZ

Our almost 8 month old decided waking up at 2 and staying awake until 4-5 is the new temporary normal. “Teeth, crawling, rolling, learning sign language are some of the first things she does after getting up 😂” I’m not worried because she’s learning so much so fast but WE are very tired 🥱 😂😂.

Has it gotten better? What did you do ? im starting to feel depressed as soon as it’s sundown I know a hard night is coming he goes to bed at 9-9:30 wakes up at 1 am and is up crying until 3-4-5 am I’m just sad

My baby is 6mo now. He had acid reflux as a baby not so much the last month. But these last 2 weeks he started waking up around 12 or 1 in the morming. Tonight we put him in bed and i stayed up to watch him and hes doing a weird figure 8 with his head and body (almost like hes not comfortable). Not sure if his acid is acting up but not throwing up or if its something else.

Im overwhelmed, HELP ME. Im probably going to go through depression. Baby does sleep but is extremely active, hyper, crying, laughing, screaming, jumping, pulling my hair, pulling my eye lash, biting me. I give her breast and she would use her newly razer blade teeth and dig it deep in my breast. That shocks me. My reflexes have reflexes that remind me HELLO its a baby. And then i just cry and pitty my self😢

I'm so sorry you're having a hard time. Please reach out to your physician to get some help with your mood. You're an important person and deserve help. It's okay to ask for help. It's necessary right now for you to ask for help. This is HARD. You deserve help. Work on your frame of mind first, and then you can tackle sleep. It's not a quick fix. First work on timing alone - knowing when it's feeding time and naptime. Our book outlines a step by step approach - you can read other parents stories on the Amazon reviews of how the book has helped them. www.amzn.com/B08WQ2J8MZ. There's an audio book too b/c I know you're so tired it's hard to know where to start - actually - take our quick quiz... that will give you one simple thing to do today based on your baby's age www.helpingbabiessleep.com/sleep-quiz. And then call your doctor and/or friends and ask for help. You're important.

Common misconception. Sleep isn’t a learnt habit. The problem must be something else.

My baby does not wake up at night. He usually wakes up at 7am. But I am having a hard time letting him fall asleep at night. I start my bedtime routine at 8pm but he sleeps at 11pm. Is it normal?

Im sorry this was not helpful at all. Most of the time you speak about why there is a sleep regression and the most important answer for how to deal with it you suggest pain medication or sleeping sack in the last minute or two of this video, really? I understand that only if I get your Amazon book I will be helped with some proper advice but not before.
