Thank you so much, Vivien, you are a great master and motivator. I'm learning with you to teach my parents in Spanish, my dad is recovering from a very bad illness, and doctors recommend low-impact exercise. He is in another country so I made some videos for him, easy to follow. I've been a Tai Chi player for 5 years and started practicing Qigong last year. I have tried different teachers but I think you are the best to follow and learn. You inspired me and help my family also, so again Thank you so much!

@@VivienChaoTaichiQigong Over a long period of my training, came to what I called the art of warrior dancing. At the moment I am trying to fine-tune the subtle mechanisms of my body, mind and soul. I've begun to develop the movements that are supposed to help me. They were intuitively born somewhere in the depths of my heart and when I saw some of your movies and movements that you use, I was very surprised - they almost coincided with my inner vision. Probably in the Universe, as far as man is concerned, all movements, internal and external, strive for some ideal or harmonious pattern. And of course I decided not to invent a lot, to take the backbone, the basis of your movements and start practicing. Thank you again and I wish you inspiration to deepen your art and come to even greater love))

Thank you for this beautiful and inspirational video!!! :) I also much like your video on "Qigong 18 motions". It makes a visble high grade example of how to do it. To your opinion, can "8 pieces" and "18 motions" be practiced together. For example, "18 motions" in the evening, and "8 pieces of brocade" in the morning?

Thank you for your kind words. I am happy that you find these videos useful! Yes, definitely both forms can be practiced together. I would not practice 18 form at the late evening though. It is very powerful at moving energy, so it might cause you not feeling sleepy afterwards. If 9pm is your bed time, try to get your practice done before 6pm.

@@VivienChaoTaichiQigong thank you for your answer! Yes, after "18 forms" it is hard to sleep for at least 2 hours. So, I need to plan time for these exercises. But what makes me really happy - it seems that my body likes "18 forms" a lot, and expects to repeat them the next day. So, let me see the effect of QiGong in 2-3 month of daily exercises. :) I hope to write my impressions to you.

@@olegvorobyov7931 please do that! I would definitely love to hear from you. The 18 Form is also my most favorite when it comes to awaken our body’s natural healing energy!

@@VivienChaoTaichiQigong At the moment, I practice "18 forms" for about 2 month. And I have the following results: 1) I have better blood pressure and much less headaches. 2) I have less flu problems. 3) My mind is more calm and relaxed after practicing. I need to extend this feeling for the whole day. :) I hope, Chi Gong will help me to loose weight. For me, "18 forms" give me more energy, and "8 pieces of brocade" make me feel more balanced. So, I practice "18 forms" about mid day, and "8 pieces" in the evening. And I have learned an important lesson about practicing Chi Gong. Once, I made "18 forms" in a bad mood (anger). And the whole next day I felt a hedache. As if "18 forms" transmitted this anger to the whole body. No, no more practicing without mind relaxation and finding a good mood! Thank you again for your inspirational Chi Gong videos!

@Oleg Vorobyov thank you so much for sharing! It’s not a top secret that Chi Gong can do wonders for our health, but to experience the benefits we have to consistently make it a part of our daily life. You are just doing that! 👍😃 and yes, practicing Chi Gong (Qigong) with a calming mind is so important! Next time if you are having a bad mood, maybe let your attention focus on the breathing more and stay at first and second moves of 18 form as many repetitions as it will take to regulate the quality of the energy flow. Keep up the good work! Thank you so much for sharing your practice journey with me!!
