I am not sure if you meant to put an order on the items that money go to from the checking account, but if so, then high interest debt should be second in the list, after emergency fund, but before any other investments. And that is due to the return that you will get on that money. Your high interest debt will be eating into the returns on roth IRA and other investment accounts. And it is a guaranteed return vs the investment return that might fluctuate. It should not go before 401k as long as you do get 100%-200% matching from an employer.

I have a little over 20k saved up but am terrified over making a move. Like paying out my student loans debt (+75k) vs credit card debt (2k). Saving up for a house, car, maybe grad school. Idk 🤷‍♀️

Open an account with a company that offers them... I.e. Vanguard. You sign up and select a target retirement date. Make sure the money is actively invested in a fund vs just sitting there.
