Miss Swan. I consider you to be among my most cherished living teachers. I am forever grateful that I came across your work years ago. I thank you for my remarkable, personal transformations that you have helped to inspire over the past 5 years. Life now rains blessings, and any hardships now encountered are opportunities for learning. For anyone who may read this: keep an open mind and utilize humility, be willing to work on yourself, and exercise patience with yourself. Transformation is rarely an overnight event.

The 8 questions : 1. "If I were literally forced to be active, and I had to go spend every minute of my time except for sleep doing something or there would be a serious consequence, what would I occupy myself with that matters most to me?" 2. "If money or time or current responsibilities were not an issue at all, what would I like to do with my life more than anything else in the world?" 3. "If I knew I was going to die in two years, what would I do with those two years?" 4. "What makes me forget basic necessities when I’m in it 100%?" 5. "What negatives can I say yes to in order to do what is important to me?" 6. "What problem in the world would I pick to start solving?" 7. "What did I love to do when I was a child?" 8. "What gift do I have to give to this world?"

1. If I were literally forced to be active, and I had to spend every minute of my time except for sleep doing something, or there would be a serious consequence, what would I occupy myself with that matters most to me? 2. If money, time, or current responsibilities were not an issue at all, what would I like to do with my life more than anything else in the world? 3. If I knew I was going to die in two years, what would I do with those two years? 4. What can I do with my time that is important to me? 5. What negatives can I consciously choose to face in order to do what is important to me? 6. What problem in the world would I pick to start solving? 7. What did I love to do when I was a child? 8. What gift do I have to give to this world? Summary: 1. The speaker addresses common questions about purpose. 2. Living according to personal importance is key to aligning with pre-birth intention. 5. Purpose may change over time, and it's normal to adapt to evolving priorities. 6. Eight questions are presented to help find one's purpose. 7. Purpose involves doing things that are important, unique to each person. 8. Understanding and facing negatives are crucial in pursuing one's purpose. 9. Childhood activities and values offer insights into one's purpose. 10. Contribution to the world, understanding one's unique gift, defines life purpose. Questions: 1. What is the reason for incarnating into this life? 2. How does pre-birth intention influence life purpose? 3. Is life purpose solely about career or grand acts? 4. What is the right approach to discovering and living one's purpose? 5. Why is it important to align with pre-birth intention? 6. How does the concept of purpose change over time? 7. What are the key questions to ask oneself to find purpose? 8. Why is it essential to understand and face negatives in pursuit of purpose? 9. How can childhood activities and values provide insights into purpose? 10. How does contribution and understanding one's unique gift define life purpose? Workbook Exercises: 1. Answer the eight questions provided in the text to explore your own purpose. 2. Reflect on your childhood activities and values. Identify any recurring themes. 3. List activities that put you in a state of flow, where time seems to disappear. 4. Identify negatives or challenges you are willing to face for what is important to you. 5. Ask friends or family about the qualities they value or receive from you. 6. Consider a problem in the world you would choose to solve and why. 7. Explore what you would do if time, money, and responsibilities were not issues. 8. Reflect on what would make your child-self cry in your current adult life. 9. Define a unique gift you have to offer to the world. 10. Consider the feeling of importance and fulfillment in your life.

Key insights: 🌍 Finding your purpose is not about trying to fulfill a predetermined grand master plan, but rather understanding the significance of your own unique life and living it authentically. 💡 If money or time were not an issue, what would you like to do with your life more than anything else in the world? 🔍 Figuring out our values is a crucial part of finding a sense of purpose, as they reflect what is most important to us and help align us with our pre-birth intentions. ⏰ When we are in our purpose, time seems to fly by and we become so immersed that we forget about other things going on in our life. ⛷ Pursuing your purpose may require making sacrifices, such as becoming a professional skier, even if it involves challenges and difficulties. 🌍 Choosing a problem in the world to solve can lead to a sense of fulfillment and making a difference in life. 🎁 Our life purpose is not about what we're supposed to do or have, but about what we are supposed to give to the world. 🎁 Your purpose in life is to share your unique gift with the world, whether it's playing basketball, writing, teaching, cooking, organization, or invention.

This video confirmed what I thought my purpose was and gave me a lot of reassurance. It's so cool when someone plants a seed in your mind that instantly gives you permission to drop something that was causing distress. I've had so many areas in life where I found myself thinking things and doing things because I felt I was supposed to, or because society wants me to. And that isn't authentic. There are so many layers, and in the past year I have felt a strong push to remove these layers. And this video helped me to remove another one. Stop worrying about how your purpose relates to others. Or questioning whether it's a "good enough" purpose or whether there's some more pressing need the world needs you for instead? Stop worrying about the purpose you "should" have, and instead follow that inner drive that has always been there. Why do we ignore that, believing that something else is a higher priority? This video helped me to refocus and gain a clearer perspective of my purpose and what I'm doing.

I think my purpose is something related to making food! Ever since I was a kid, I loved watching my dad cook in the kitchen. I would watch him skin the fish and cook it, make gumbo, and I would be so curious and asks lots of questions. I loved watching my mom bake and make desserts. I never really got a chance to express too much interest in cooking as I got older because I was in survival mode and found ways to cope to get through my kid life. As an adult in college, I would didn't want to take the broke ramen option, so I got fancy and made my own recipie, chili cheese dog rigatoni, in the microwave hahaha. Now, as I have my more, I make a lot more food and I love baking! I make desserts to give to my coworkers and friends and they freaking love it and it gives me so much satisfaction and joy. A lot of them even say my cheesecakes could really sell or I should open a bake shop. I love watching cooking shows, Gordon Ramsay too. I even told myself of money wasn't an option of open some sort of dessert shop or food truck or something. Everything she said confirmed in me that cooking is definitely my purpose. It feels right.

My Soulmate committed suicide (December 2019) because (among others) she could not find her passion nor purpose 🙁 ... We were very close for 5 years. I remember giving multiple sites discussing HOW to find your purpose and/or passion ... Some of these sites had instructional embedded KZbin videos ... I also gave her a long list of (profound) questions she had to answer as a way to find her purpose ... after a while she answered only half of it then I kindly reminded her to answer them all as soon as possible ... a couple of days later she died.

Questions to ask yourself guys: * what is important to you and live according to that= feeling* 0. What can i do with my time that is important? 1. What would I occupy myself with if i was forced to do sth? And why? 2. If money/time weren’t an issue, what would i like to do? 3. What would i do with two years if i died in two years? What do you want to be your legacy? 4. What makes me forget basic necessities? 5. What negatives can i say yes to? + sense of importance + willingness to deal with the negatives 6. What problem in the world would i pick and start solving? 7. What did i love to do when i was a child? = what about your adult life would make your child’s self cry? 8. What gift do i have to give to the world?

Purpose is one of my favourite subjects and I love your videos on that topic! They have helped me a lot and continue to do so. Thank you! One thing that I would like to add though is that I feel like we shouldn't discard things that we can do all day just because they might be considered "escapism" or "waste of time" by the general public. If you enjoy playing game all day long, who knows, maybe your purpose is to be a streamer? If you enjoy reading books the most, maybe your purpose is to become a book reviewer? If you can scroll through Instagram 24/7, maybe your purpose is to be a social media analyst who takes a deep dive into the mechanics of social media and then shares that information with the world. And so on.

I have always been in great alignment with my purpose. I always wanted to create spaces where humans feel seen and knew they could just be. I loved being curious and talking to people, providing a safe space to express vulnerability and enabling myself and others to live out their creativity. During the pandemic so many things structurally changed in my country, most of my friends became passive and our friendgroup fell apart. Still things are not like before. I suffer greatly from this disconnectedness, it feels like everyone is overwhelmed constantly. Now I myself am in a situation where I am drained and depressed and can’t reach out anymore. For the first time in my life I lack purpose and It’s horrifying.

I'm so grateful that I had a chance to do what I wanted in 4 year segments. Then 7 years in Las Vegas. It was important to me to be happy, be independent, have my own apartment, love my job while taking care of my needs and cooking for friends. I felt like I was in heaven. Very joyful! I had a Roman bathtub and the gated community had an underground pool with whirlpool! I was living my dream. I also had a chance to be a man's girlfriend that I loved so much. Had many memories that I live off of. I'm grateful.

Good morning ✨ I just recently discovered your channel, and what a blessing it’s been. The thing is… what if I’m not passionate about anything, if having all the money in the world, I still wouldn’t know what to do. If when I was a child, there wasn’t anything specific I liked to do, I liked doing and playing with many things. There isn’t anything that I’d do, without noticing the time passing, at least not something that would benefit any other but me. I love dancing and singing, travelling and talking to people. But the only thing that gives me goosebumps is dancing, like I said, nothing the benefits anyone but me… And for the past four years I haven’t been able to do any of that, for different reasons, not good, not good at all. That’s been my predicament for 53 years. .. Thank you and Blessings 🙏🏼✨

first symptom to discovering your purpose, is your personal/individual fear instinct... when your gut wrenches in the face of action that is the green light. just redefine fear into excitment, anticipate the journey of discovery. that is it. simple. walk into the darkness of you, it feels like 'fear' but it is just not knowing if you'll return the same, to those waiting & watching

Přesto mi schází to psaní...

I really cherish this questions, thank you Teal I notice that I keep being drawn to spending time in ceremonies when I imagine myself doing something all day long. I would love to be part of ceremonies with group of people and help guiding the flow of this process, assist, guide and occasionally facilitate, but be present. I also can imagine just being part of curve ball event where I M being given opportunity to learn about myself... And doing work like this dull time means to be guardian of the space. Energetically feeling what facilitator needs, group, medicine, what is needed and be guardian. Be part of welcoming the guests, and their process where I could also participate sometimes. Or assist. There are times I see things I am already doing, I am a guardian of a land, off grid living and helping animals, nothing too difficult but it was emotionally challenging before, I see myself helping kind of community needs, more like consious tribe, as mentioned earlier, I feel that my hyper attunement can be utilised here

Thank you for such clarifying questions. I’m also wondering if purpose can encapsulate multiple things instead of just one thing…? People often come to me for emotional support, and I love making music. I’ve been stuck between the two for a long time because I get a sense of fulfillment from both.

I firmly believe that it can involve multiple things at once. Think of someone like Lindsey Stirling, who combines choreographed performances with violin music. This mix of talents and passions results in something that is unique to her. Consider ways you can connect/ bring your two passions together.

I experience the same! I think that being emotionally sensitive can make you both a great musician and support for others. To hear about others internal worlds makes us feel less fearful and alone, which is why music is so great! I'm sure your time listening to people also expands your ability to create meaningful music :)

Wow this resonates very well... as a creative person I've been kinda thinking the same as I love psychology and creativity runs in my blood and I consider myself an artist deep down even if ppl don't see that in me.... I do believe we have more than one purpose in life anyways but (how to balance) that's the question?! It's not easy as let's say doing music is a heavy task (I've done it all so I'm aware of how much work it takes) same as studying and teaching psychology!

You can do both, Your purpose will always evolve and grow with you and as you change and develop. Always work on whatever it is that brings you joy in that current moment, when it feels stuck, forced or stagnanting, move to where your soul is trying to guide you. You can also create something that merges both your music creation with emotional support like music therapy and create a business from this. :) I am a Purpose Business Coach and if you would like to have a free strategy session with me let me know and I can send you the booking link

Having my purpose litually stripped away has left me broken and ingrowth gone backwards 5-10 years, that betrayal would break the strongest soul.. the destruction of mind body and soul is crazy.. have to start life all over again at 49 it's not easy when there's been pschycopathic parasites that betray and rig the out come of any situation that I want leaving everthing that's happened for my last 15 months was never my choice. Everything else is gaslighting

I exactly needed that ! Thank you for making this video. I feel like money and status are being less important than what I've imagined, instead, I feel like what is really important is having well quality relationships. Also, I want to persue my passion towards the culture a little bit more. It seems like the past events that were terribly traumatic are now not bothering that much. which is kind of a profound realization of my life.

Importance is a variable word, which may create external forces of resistance. Your mind will stretch out into the future or past cogitations, this ultimately leads to a dualistic representation of an objective. When you flow, your purpose has no importance, it just is... you do it to do it. Be careful if fixating on importance 🙏

Yea thank you, I really needed to hear that pursuing your purpose comes with negatives (just like anything in life) as well it doesn't mean it will necessarily come with a good sensation, it can come with struggles as well. Thanks I needed that re assuring, sometimes the cons of pursuing your dream really makes you question if its worth it. But as you said the importance is a key motivator that keeps you going.

All of my answers have to do with spending time with people that mean something to me. Only problem is those people are usually too busy or are loners. I know that the negative i can live with is lack of comfort. Ive been homeless before, mainly because i was in love with a man that was chronically homeless. The last time i saw him was when he left me in alone in a tent in the middle of the night never to return again. My crime: accidentally pulling his hair while i massaged his legs. Im not sure what my gift is. Ive been told im a good writer but i only get enough inspiration to start a project, i always run out of ideas before i finish. Id like to think that i am kind and understanding but most the i feel like no one really wants my help. I am in love with someone new. He says he can't stop thinking about me but he changes his mind. He's really wishy washy about us. I try to focus on the things i can control. I focus on taking care of myself, my cat, making my home beautiful. I let him go as best i can when he wants me to let go. When comes back i let him.

Can it be part of your purpose, to be cut off from your purpose? For the last twenty+ years, I've been cut off from doing what I most value in life because of external circumstances, depression, and chronic health issues... I should be sad about that, but part of me appreciates this because in ways it's forced me to deepen. Someone doing vedic astrology once said this is called 'having your Saturn in Jupiter'. Any thoughts?

"viewing your life from the perspective of death is incredibly valuable" ...spot on Love... a technique i totally use in meditation and decision making when it comes to difficult life decisions. But i get the feeling you are talking from a position of a particular privilege of freedom of choice and decision, maybe you are an affluent person, or live in an affluent nation... for those children who grow up in poverty and extreme stress, as they do in poorer nations... there is no form of personal contemplation that is even possible, these children are so stressed, so engrained in fear that they cannot even contemplate these subjects, all they can see is fight or flight... we are not all capable of spiritual contemplation, because for that contemplation to even be possible, some forms of comfort and knowing where your next meal is at, are required... you can't ask a starving child in an african slum what they want to be when they grow up or who they were in a past life...

I forgot to mention from my previous comment; there's also a trap that many people can fall into, myself included. It was part of my learning curve to learn where people can get stuck, and it's so easy! Yes, you can ask yourself all of these questions in an honest attempt to discover your Life Mission, but you can get stuck in your last life's mission, and experience no success. Why? Because the Universe, Source, what ever you want to call it, will not support anyone in their last life's mission, only this Life MIssion - and it can be a painful lesson too! Been there, done that.

I was also trying to make my purpose fit in what I do or can do for work lol Now it's clear, I just want to live Life, experience it and have a sense of curiosity about it. So my gift to this world is to help people to discover themselves, being fully alive, enjoying life and being curious about it and that it encompass. Thank you Teal

I've written these questions down so I can go through them but how do I even begin ? What do you do when you feel you have nothing to offer, your childhood was so bad you can't remember anything good I liked to do apart from run away from home ? I've said yes to so many negatives in my life to please others that's effected me.... how do I even get to the point I can answer these to find my purpose? ❤

Your mess is offen your message everyone has something of value to the right seeker you have had experiences that you have found a way through for example how could you help children running away from home. I feel sorry for people who haven't gone through rough times. Until you hit the waves your just some person on a boat the waves give you the sailor stamp. The waves show your power you survived everything you have ever been through, think about that start there.

I have a problem anytime I try to think in terms of what I’m meant to give because creating art is what I love and I just don’t see how that’s giving anything of real value to anyone. There are way more people who want to be artists than the world could ever need, so if I try to pursue it, all I’m doing is stepping on the toes of others who also want it (and probably deserve it more than me). It seems like such an innately selfish path to pursue. The world needs scientists, repair men, and folks to work the register, not more paint brush wielding drop out to “express” ourselves.

I understand this feeling! I feel like the purpose I find in art is creating and being able to experience the world, and convey it in my own way. It's is a really cool skill to have! I mostly draw and do photography, but I think they are ways to show different perspectives and emotions to people. Specifically, that can help others feel understood or related to. Recently, my husband has started asking me to draw places and people from his D&D campaign. Every time we sit down and he tells me his thoughts that he can't portray easily in the physical 3D, I help draw out what I can, and I see him light up. He is so happy to have something to look at and show others even though he doesn't have a knack for art. A cool thing I think about purpose is that we all have different ones, and those things can help others in tons of ways ❤ 😊
