We all know that Ned Luke loves GTA and has a great relationship with rockstar, more than the other guys. I’m pretty sure that Michael is the character with the biggest potential of returning for gta 6 especially with how Trevor and Franklin both got DLC’s in gta online. I can see a lot of potential with Michael returning, maybe he has a film studio in vice city and is making a movie there, and at some point Lucia and Jason will have to help him after some guys steal his tape or break into his studio.

It's really interesting that you brought this up and I think what may have happened (referring to Tracey being a "princess" in GTA 5) is that whilst Tracey was studying at college, she may have lost contact with her old friends and decided to meet new people then went from your stereotypical bubble gum cheerleader airhead to a hardcore metalhead. When playing GTA 5, between missions and free roam events, you'll notice that Tracey becomes an alcoholic and a drug addict and she even is seen on her computer studying. If you choose to kill off Michael, he will mention how Tracey just got accepted into college so all of this would explain why she is different. Tracey probably felt lonely without her friends and saw a bunch of rockers having fun by partying in their dormitories and decided to join them. Also, Trevor is close to Tracey and Trevor is friends with Wade who often hangs around people like Juggalos, metalheads, bikers and drug addicts so she could also have joined Wade's friend group.

4:00 on a podcast with Shawn Fonteno(Franklin's voice actor) And Ned Luke(Michael's voice actor), They were asked if they were going to be in GTA 6 and Shawn said "I can confrim Franklin is not in GTA 6"And after which, Ned said "I can not confirm that" So Michael could be in GTA VI along with tracey, since it doesn't look like rockstar has any plans for Tracey, Michael or Amanda to appear in GTA Online. However, in the contract DLC which is set in 2021, On the mission with the golf carts, as they pass by the movie studio, Franklin Says "I know one of the producers around here" refrencing Michael. However, since there is a 4 year gap, It could be that Michale's whole family Including Jimmy, moved to vice city to start a new life. however, this might not make sense for Jimmy since he was seen in the opening cutscene of the cluckin' bell raid(set in 2024) selling drugs infront of burger shot. so it could be possible that Michael, Amanda, And Tracey appear in GTA 6. what do you guys think?

That line was definitely meant for GTA coming back. I don't think they'd dedicate a line in the trailer for a side character like Tracey, which she's definitely gonna play a small role if this is even her, but it most likely isn't.

I mean it does make sense considering every GTA characters makes appearences or cameos or may as well be briefly mentioned either before or after the game, For example, Vic Vance and Lance Vance, Vic was the MC in Vice City Stories before Vice City when he used to be a corporal soldier and did lot of illegal activities to not only protect the people he loves but to get back at Martinez, Then he came back to make a deal by buying something from the deal he made looking older, chubbier and shot to death from an ambush. Then Lance who was Vic's brother was an dumb little brother often getting himself into trouble while treating like a Kid while in Vice City, At first he wanted to avenge his brother but then wanted to go to the top by betraying Tommy for his former boss Sonny. Then we have Claude, Who was Catalina's ex boyfriend who is still the unchanged silent type who made a brief cameo in GTA San Andreas in some race competitions after Catalina decided to cheat on CJ for whatever crazy reasons she had. The connections are all there, Sometimes these characters either plays a small part and comes back in the next game to play the bigger part or the other way around! Even though the timeline between the old GTA games compare to GTA 4, 5 and 6 are much different.

Well… this is certainly an interesting theory. It does get the mind wondering as to which IV and V characters may return in VI? I would be hugely surprised if Jerry Kapowitz (the homeless guy who found the diamonds at the end of the story) does not appear, considering his shared aim of opening a gun and liquor store with his wealth from the diamonds sale in Vice City.

This theory may be polarizing, but I agree with the possibility of this woman being Tracey. If not, brilliant marketing on Rockstar's part, same as when fans were riled up that Michael could've been Tommy, and the artwork of the guy that made people believe CJ was coming back. They knew what they were doing then like they knew what they were doing here. Reasons this could be Tracey: 1. She could've went on spring breaks in college and discovered a love for mudding and other rural recreation. The fact Florida is popular with spring breakers makes this more plausible. 2. Age and maturity changes us. She could've done the 180 by becoming more down-to-earth and getting past her "princess" ways. I know I've drastically changed since 2013 to the point that the old me is completely nonexistent. 3. I haven't listened to every hangout conversation, but it's revealed the family lived in a trailer park. Before money and Los Santos spoiled her, Tracey could've been more outdoorsy. If this is her, then maybe it's less of a 180, and more of a 360, with her rediscovering who she used to be. Full circle. Only time will tell if this is an eerily perfect doppelganger or Tracey herself. If Johnny can betray his principles, and Marnie somehow ending up in a cult despite having sworn to go back to school, Tracey can become a down-to-earth mud girl. I don't find it strange.
