I don’t think anti-perspirants are actually sold in India. Maybe they are in the last 10 years but before that some people used to ask me to bring it for them. The number one thing that gets under my skin though are the sales assistants. I've begged them to stop following me around. They just stand and stare. I get that with groups of waiters in restaurants too. Instead of actually coming forward and providing service, they make you feel uncomfortable while eating.

Good to know about Genie service. Regarding sales people continuously behind us when we are shopping, is quite irritating. I feel sorry for them may be they are told to be do that by the owners. I don't think someone can steal because cameras are everywhere and you have to handover all bags you are carrying to security guard before you go inside. There is no concept of saying sorry or thankyou.

Yes I’m sure store management is making them do that.

As much as I enjoy visiting apna desh, the downsides especially when it comes to personal hygiene are such a put off. Couple major things that I'd add on to your list are, loud chewing with mouth open/talking at the same time and almost every table in restaurants, kids are glued to the phones..I mean what's the point of a family outing?! Disclaimer: No intention of sparking any debates, just my personal opinion 😉. Have a blessed Sunday to anyone reading this today! 🤘🏼❤

Google Pay: The US is not behind in technology. It's called keeping your banking and finances away from a database, which is called UPI in India. In the US people are very cautious about private information at the hand of a government clearing house. The government should not be knowing what and where you buy your household items from.

💯 percent true!👌…Body odor part was a bit sad part! I feel bad and sad too when some emit bad odors! Good hygiene is something everyone should practice but buying good quality deodorants isn’t possible for everyone as some are struggling to make both ends meet, right?! With all respects I know you didn’t mean to hurt anyone and you only wanted to tell everyone deodorants help and people should be aware of it, especially cabin crew!!!🙏

I once went to a boutique that sells sarees in Chennai which costs 50,000 INR and up Kanakavalli. It is such an upscale place but the sales man who helped me had such a bad body odor that it was hard to breathe. Why wouldn't the managers or management educate the man about this ? Similar experience though not so bad in Seematti kochi. .

Ee body odour nte prashnam kashtamanu. Unfortunately in the service industry, people use synthetic material for their outfits and that is the main problem for body odour. This is not nee. I remember my mom arguing with people in a crowd ~15 years ago and asking women to use pure cotton or other natural material for their uniform saree blouses. The bacteria growth in underarms is mainly due to the synthetic material not allowing the skin to breathe. Even here, when Indians choose to wear such material, it adds to the body odour!
@goldie76894 ай бұрын
Showering in the morning and applying a deodorant will help. May be reapply later.
@WhatsUrHomeStoryMalayalam4 ай бұрын
😔. I was conscious about wearing sleeveless tops when working out but recently started wearing them. I can clearly make out the difference. You sweat the same amount but because the armpit is open to the air it evaporates pretty soon. The synthetic material is the main culprit.
