The drop off information line will not work for ny company because all of our correspondence is completed over the phone. No agents go to the customers house.

Your content is always awesome. Just for Canada the rules (laws) of engagement for phone calls require that an agent identifies him self with full name and company name (once they are your clients is not needed but on first call it is). Other than that your techniques are very valuable. Thank you for sharing.
