A few months ago I started thinking about an ex from a long time ago. I wondered what they were up to so I googled them. They randomly did a podcast where they talked about their career. It ended up documenting everything they did right after we broke up to present day. I can not stop thinking about them and I have been experiencing all the same emotions of the time period when we broke up. I keep reliving it (I took it VERY hard and it took forever to move on from). One minute I’m bawling the next minute I’m just happy to see him. Maybe if we are more open and have the courage to speak to someone about what we really feel it wouldn't be too hard to let go. I think what's holding us back is our desire to understand completely why this specific person no longer wants to be with us. We can't force someone to stay when he/she don't want anymore but we all deserve a proper goodbye. It does have to be comforting but honest and sincere enough for the person to gain even a little bit of clarity. We all make mistakes and maybe it wouldn't too difficult for some of us to move forward if only they dared to spoke openly how they felt rather than going into silence.

I don't know if I'm obsessing and delusional or if it's actually true. But I've just been picking up some hints that he might actually be thinking about me as well... I see him a lot in my dreams (but it might be bc I think about him a lot) and I once got this intense urge to cry and just felt sad and it was very confusing feeling. Sometimes I get this feeling that he has something for me inside him, I even noticed his pupils dilate once when he looked at me (I almost freaked out right on spot in front of him 😂) and then un-dilate when he looked back at my friend... but he's just so hard to read and understand.. he's driving me crazy and I'm just so confused. I'm still very confused on what's happening between me and his this guy. I know he use to like me but I don't know what happening now. I met a postwoman signing for a package, as soon as we met, it was obvious she was lovely. I was waiting for her at some random place one day, even though there's no usual reason for her to be there, but knew she would come. Did a card trick for her, and told her I appreciate her, etc. Fast forward one year, I've thought about her quite a lot, pretty much every day, so wrote her a letter, she's just so cool, nothing phases her. Handed it to her yesterday, so she can message me whenever she likes now she's got my number. It's a mystery to me why she's on my mind so much, that's why I'm here. She's delightful. A very strange feeling, truly beautiful on the inside, and nice to look at too! It's not obsession either, I'm unsure what to call it. Maybe some of these thoughts are hers? I find the idea a bit strange, but definitely can't rule it out. I'm 15 years older than her, and she says age means nothing.
