The human side of being a lawyer soft skills it seems are the skills that we acquire throughout life as much as we want to be a cut throat and have alpha mentality it seems that the emotional intelligence plays just as much as a key role in developing yourself in your journey as an lawyer. I think that law schools prepare us to learn how to work in the field of law and they are relying on the world outside of the institution to do the rest of the training that is necessary for lawyers. I have a question is there any aspect of big law that you miss?
