Especially for Colibri aka Real Estate Express, please read the course material in its entirety please. I tried the skim method for RE Practice and barely passed on the 2nd attempt and failed RE Principles outright. This is my 2nd attempt for the course now and I passed RE Principles this time because I reviewed all of the material. Please study in the way that suits you best. Also the course was 140 bucks for me with additional study materials which is what I recommend. Good luck folks and see you out there on the front lines!

Thank you for encouraging young people to get their real estate license. Getting your real estate license is the best thing you can do, when starting out in your investing journey. Something that we see in multifamily brokerage is that when you're seeing deals all the time, you have the chance to acquire some great opportunities! I know this is an old video but, you lost credibility every time you say “a million dollars”. I know it’s a COULD make but, that’s the same as telling someone you COULD become a KZbinr making millions. Sure it’s possible, just not for you. The possibilities are greater than 1 in 1000 people making millions. Maybe you already know all this and have stopped doing this but, I hope I can at least warn others. Don’t do it for the money unless you love grinding out your own personal hours.

@digiornopizza19183 ай бұрын
@@mohammadkhan7895It’s simply not realistic. Especially when money is the biggest motivator to do something. Great if it works out like that but, it’s rarely worth it. You usually have to find one of two things. 1. Something you love doing 2. Something you’re really good at If you don’t find one of these to be true, then chasing the money is gonna be a huge drag in the long run. In real estate you’ll spend the first 2 years grinding to even get your name out there. I’m not saying not to do it. I’m simply warning of the truth of doing something simply for money.
