Excellent advice from a pro! If I would add anything, it would be to upgrade all your weapons and armor, since you will likely need your last set for a corpse run, lol, and do not neglect your skill levels. Death isn't permanent, but it stings.

I have a tip for any player: be overprepared for whatever boss fight you come across in this game! Max weapons and armor, cook your best food, and get the necessary potions! You'll thank yourself later, especially for the later bosses! Another thing: get a roaming portal (unnamed portal) that is in your base. That way, in a pinch, you can mark where you are and escape. If you die, it will allow you to retrieve your stuff much easier! All of these tips are great ones as well!

Always fun to watch your videos. Your last point (playing with friends). Any tips on how to get some? Sounds a bit weird. But what I meant is when doing LFG or joining discord communities, anything to look for to make sure I make a good crew

There are some great communities out there, especially if you check some of the Ravenheim creators. I think in the end it is important for yourself not to be an @$$ and you should find some people to play with. I personally do not have any Server set-up, it takes a lot of maintenance and work, which I am not sure I wont to spent time on.

The game has been so much better when staying rested! I’m very new from the Xbox but for keeping rested while exploring early game , we would find some broken shelters around the world as you push out and just throw a campfire inside so you can at least get 8 minutes going 😅 this is super useful near the burial chambers when you need to relax for a minute haha. Just entered the Bronze Age last night! 🙌

@@Bittamin To get rested you don't even need a shelter. As long as it's not raining or too windy you can just place a fire and sit down for 20 sec. We will all say the same thing, it IS worth those 20 sec!

It seems I’m at a point where the random events have stopped occuring, but I’m afraid to leave my game running to let’s friends hop in and out, in the off chance it comes back and happens after 4 days of no raids 😅 is there any way to tell if you’re safe, or is it better safe than sorry?

@@Bittamin Trust me, the random events will still happen! Every 46 minutes you have a 20% risk of an event. There are some things that affect what events you get and where you get it, but let's not spoil too much for new players.

I'm on Xbox and I can't work out how to play multiplayer, after I select my character, on the server screen there are never any servers to join on any of the tabs even after refreshing multiple times

I hate it when these tips videos say "A great tip is play with friends" first off that isn't a tip. That is a suggestion. And B, if people had friends to play with they just would, no one needs a youtube video to remind them they have gamer friends to play a coop game with. All these videos do is remind the solo gamers that they _don't_ have any friends to play with. This is why I hate trying to look up stuff for a game that has any coop element. Inevitably there will be "trying playing with your friends. Did you try that yet?" "Hey did you know this game is wayyyyyyy better in coop? Like so much better, did you think of inviting your friends? Did you think of that or did you need a video to remind you?" Venting usually helps but this time it really didn't haha. Maybe I should try venting to my friends. Did you try that yet

Play more great looking games like cyberpunk.. looks fantastic so you can probably ignore all the hundreds of bugs. Graphics are least important in video games. The game has a ton of content by the way. It just does not hold your hand with flashing signs saying” go here” do this.
