I have a 4 year old Portuguese water dog, and before we owned him, we owned another Portuguese water dog. We absolutely love the breed. They are adorable, playful, loving, and my little 4 year old dog has a hilarious personality. I would definitely recommend one of these dogs to anyone.

When my portuguese water dog swam for the first time it was at the ocean and she didnt seem to understand that it was water so she just jumped at it as if it was ground. But she fell in and looked really surprised😄
