I used to struggle with this a lot (and still do sometimes). I've been given the advice by someone to simply observe those thoughts for a brief moment, then say/declare calmly "this doesn't resonate with me" or "this is not in alignment with who I am". The key is accepting that thought exists but realizing that it doesn't serve you so you won't have to give it any emotion. I sometimes even kind of laugh at an absurd thought in a maybe kind of mocking way like "no way this is even a thought, you're funny, now leave." So you're first accepting that the thought exists, then stating/knowing that it doesn't resonate.

Same here. Up until this year I was only focused on the physical plane I felt stuck for so long. To manifest is to be emotionally detached from the desired reality. To be good with it or without. This is due to the idea that prayer or the act of manifestation is to act as if you have already received it. This ties in to vibrational frequency. By adopting the traits of the desired self, you no longer need or want the things you were manifesting. This is due to the fact that to want is to show to the impersonal energy that you don’t have thus it gets reflected into our lives. Nero’s video is amazing, my first video I’ve watched and sure he just summarized this one bit but maybe goes in detail in another video… But when talking about wishing and wanting something to manifest but you have to feel and act good if it happens or good if it doesn’t….. Because I guess it’s that mindset and approach that makes you tap into the desired reality version of yourself and match the frequency it’s giving off in the DR. And if that doesn’t really make sense to you, trust me I’m still not sure I entirely do, but when combined with the feeling of your DR being normal, that should cover any doubt about if your manifesting correctly. It will secure it more. Two years ago before I got my best job ever, “My new normal”, id say. I would always tell people “x” is my new normal. Got a 6 figure job, that’s my new normal. I didn’t realize i was manifesting partially it seems. But now to apply all this in the video will help me find a job after getting layed off and funding for my business and better version of myself. I watch your videos from Costa Rica. I'm a black woman from the Caribbean of the country nad grew up with so many misperceptions. I started to watch your videos on July after I got fired after a month and a half started working. The combination of these two particular forms of energies give birth to your frequency. • Another way of conceptualizing the frequency is the output of your thoughts, beliefs, attention, emotional conviction and identity. • The frequency acts as a product code • The frequency that you're currently within, is the product code of the reality that you're living. • Your desired reality is nothing more than a universe that currently exists. • Your parallel universe self is experiencing your desired reality and that desire trickles down through the ether into this particular universe where you are, hence, the desire is an indication that you've already attained what it is that you already want • You need to be thinking from the position of the attainment of your desired reality • The subconscious mind is the womb of reality • Manifesting is simply about taking what's on autopilot, making it conscious, and then setting it back on autopilot. • The best technique to manifest is you. • Techniques are just vehicles to get you to a particular destination, but a vehicle can’t move without fuel. • The fuel that comes from these particular techniques working is the emotional conviction to the degree that you are emotionally convinced that this is going to work. That is the only thing that makes these techniques work. • The emotional conviction is the energy that activates these techniques to work • There is no secret technique. • Whatever you believe will work. Whatever you know will work. • You are the shiniest object in the universe. • More important than any technique that you could ever possibly do, is the belief that what you're doing is right. • Anybody that wants to exploit you, is always going to externalize your power and anybody that wants to empower you is always going to internalize your power. • What you should be focusing on growing is your emotional conviction on what you're doing is right. • Analysis Paralysis. • The more options people are given, the increased likelihood that they make no options. • Take a break of studying manifestation and just start doing it, because what you're doing is thinking that you're trying to fill your knowledge when you're just chasing your insecurity. • “Staring at rice does not cook it” • Analyze your beliefs and make sure they're in alignment with your desired reality. make sure nothing that doesn't reflect your desired reality is getting your attention. • Be kind to yourself. You can't control your first thought, but you can control your second thoughts and every thought that follows after that. • This one word in particular actually is the base majority of the frequency that's materializing your reality and until you shift this one word into something else, you're going to remain exactly where you are: Normal. • The base of your frequency is solely reliant upon your normality and whatever you find to be normal directly feeds into your frequency and whatever is resonant of your frequency will be resonant of your reality. • Whatever you find normal will find you. • You're pedestalizing your desired reality to a point that it's so far from what your subconscious mind can conceive as normal. That it fails to be snared by your subconscious mind and enter. • Downgrade how much value you've given this desired reality. • Take your desired reality for granted. See it as nothing. • Through the pedestalization of your desired reality what you're really creating is importance. What importance indicates to the universe is excess meaning and it's interpreted by the universe as space, so the more important you give to something, the bigger the space there's in between you and your desired reality. • The people who have the most, need it the least and the people who need it the most have the least. • The more you need something, the more you pedestalize it, the more importance you're indicating to the universe, which means excess meaning, which means space, which creates a gap between you and your desired reality. • Manifestation takes as long from the moment from which you put on the jacket to the moment you take it off. • Manifestation is instant because the moment you can feel (natural and normal), think from that and your beliefs revolve around that and your attention is aligned with that and your identity is aligned with that, you've manifested. • Manifestation emits down from the mental plane and it's beyond the third dimensional realm, which means the mental plane isn't confined by time space constraints, which means within the mental plane everything has already happened, so manifestation is an instant process, and it's the instant from which you begin embodying your desired reality. • If you need to see reality change, you still don't get it, because you can only have what you already have. • You need to be it before the world proves it to you. If you're waiting for the world to prove it to you it will never. • You're not supposed to judge the day by what you reap, but judge the day by what you sow.
