That fake looking hair on "Reagan" in that Off the Wall clip makes him look like one of those freaky people from the Duracell battery commercials where they used to have that family of battery powered humans.

1:51 Never saw this episode. What’s his problem? 4:40 looked this up on imdb. Looks like it did have a few actors that played guest roles on some sitcoms. (For example, Terry Kiser would always play some sort of jerk on WKRP or Night Court.) The Reagan impersonator looks familiar though, and I think I remember him doing this on the John Davidson version of “Hollywood Squares”. (Don’t judge me. I was bored, ok?) 6:15 I don’t care if even Ed McMahon or Alex Trebek was at the party. NOBODY would ever line up to use the phone to order life insurance.

Pretty sure the guy in the “Off The Wall” clip is Pat Fraley. He later provided the voice of Krang and many other voices on the TMNT cartoon.
