I absolutely loved this 30ish minute cardio low impact workout. This is perfect for my 62 year old body. What a way to start my day.

I cannot thank you enough Chris. I have entropathic arthritis associated with Ulcer colitis. I used to have days where I had no energy or motivation. I have tried so many different KZbin work outs but yours is by far the best. I found you last year. Your strength routines have helped me get my life back on track. I can now cope with lifting the shopping bags, and even hold my 16 month old granddaughter for longer periods thanks to your motivating work outs.
