I repeat that I like the lower bpm because of certain physical limitations. The choreo is more accessible that way. Loved this choreo.

Normally, I like 132 BPM or more for step. Even though this was only 128 BPM, I LOVED IT! Not only did get a pretty dang good sweat on, I had fun busting some of my favorite moves to some awesome grooves. Thanks for opening up a new BPM world, Chris. 💜

Today was a "Stay in, get chonky" kind of a Saturday... But I still wanted to do step, just not a long or hard one, so I tried this. Glad I did! Chris and her routines make me want to exercise even when I don't feel like it. Great music!! Pretty much nonstop HITS -also: TARZAN BOY gives me LIFE please don't judge me. I'm here to attest to all. If you're having trouble with the choreography, do the workout more than once and use the tutorial videos. I did "up, rock, tick-tock" and it stopped me from stumbling all over the place. Thanks and HNY Christina!

I love the 30 minute workouts. It makes it so hard to find an excuse NOT to do a class. This one was super fun and at a slower pace, I could add some fabulous flair (good thing I am alone in the workout room! 😳). Thanks for these Chris. I found you when you were doing them in front of the fire place! That must be coming close to 4 years??? Anyway - you are the best. I love all of your classes - the variety is amazing and I can always find something that works for me on any given day!. 🇨🇦💕

Thank you Chris! 😊 The perfect fun workout to get me back into it after two weeks of very little structured exercise and lots of food and drink! You are absolutely right when you say it's what you do between New Year and Xmas that counts, which is why I always cut myself a bit of slack around Christmas. There is always so much to do, and I just want to enjoy relaxed time with family without beating myself up for eating chocolate and having a few cocktails! Life is too short. I am uncoordinated and can't follow the choreography but that being said, you are an excellent instructor! Giving clear instruction and preview of what's coming up. Plus naming the steps (maybe they already have names?) In a way that is logical such as the "stomp" is so helpful. I'm not giving up, I'll keep plugging away.

the weights lesson is so true i weigh as much as i ever did but have been dedicated to strength training for 5 years strong i have maintained a smaller size since starting that journey and look better than i did when i actually weighed less!

Totally rad! 👩🏻🎤 Further to your point during the cool down; when I really started adding strength training to my routine, I gained 10 pounds, but LOST a full clothing size! After that I tossed away the scale, and depended on the mirror, and how my clothes fit me instead. I attribute the lean muscle I've built over the years to my ability to maintain my body composition, even though menopause!

Love this slower workout. Since it was only 30 minutes (I have day off today and had extra time) I did rewind but couldn't find the markers on my TV. But saw them on my computer when checked. Have a healthy 2024 and keep those workouts coming.

I'm an older woman. I love these workouts because they're fun and but not too hard esp. when time is short. The older I get, the slower I get (darn) so sometimes the faster pace is more difficult for me. I do them anyway. TRY THIS WORKOUT!
