Welcome back to the channel. Sometimes , if it isn't broken, don't fix it. I've been using fighter double dark poison since season 8 10 seaosn almost 3 years. Regardless of what meta shifts we have, the team always performs well.
of course, some seasons are better than others. this seaosn qe have seen Feraligatr ride to the top and more grass types to counter it so the Dark posions once again rise to the top of the anti meta rankings.
Dark poison is an amazing defensive typing being only weak to ground, which isn't very common, meaning they have play into almost anything.
Ground types are not common, but of course, we need to be prepared, so leading the line is shadow Poliwrath. If you like ABB style
teams, this is without a doubt the strongest one in the format !

The tip on optimal timing is so huge. With the squishy shadow Pokémon it really maximizes the best part of using them: if you keep the playing field “even” by throwing optimally that extra damage is what tips the battle most of the time. Just kind of clicked when you said it!

The amount of things Skuntank has play against in UL is absolutely borderline criminal. Giratina, Cress, Virizion, Tapu Fini, Jellicent, Feraligator, Golisopod, Trev, DD, Charizard, plus waters (with Trailblaze) or steels (with flamethrower). Even its hardest lost (swampert) can be flipped with a trailblaze landing.

Master league more than others, is very satisfying running a fighter, until it’s not. It’s so valuable to have, with so many dialgas and melmetals, but is so heartbreaking when it’s absolutely useless. Thankfully, my best buddy lvl 50 98% shadow machamp doesn’t really care about typing!!

@jmks Ivs don’t always matter… But sometimes they do… My signature team is also only 1/3 high ranked PVPs… 1 (and my favorite) is just meh, but my poli is total garbage… Still use it anyway!

I've had this hundo built before drapion even got access to poison sting. I got tired of using tms to switch movesets, so I just built a second. The hundo has never let me down, to be honest. Iv don't really matter all that much
