Kunal sir, Mangalore bakeries have been serving egg puffs since decades. As far as i know, Merwans is the only bakery serving egg puffs in Mumbai. Love their mawa cakes too.

😂 Egg puffs in Mumbai are only with Irani , Catholic, and in some shia muslim run bakeries Mumbai in their locality moreover hindu dominated areas in Mumbai will not have eateries serving non vegetarian 😂

Their chicken garlic puffs, mini tandoori pizza, and their khari is excellent - i make sure i pick up each of these everytime i go to andheri. Now also at Santa Cruz east. And their staff are always very polite and service oriented. Never impatient or rushed. Have often complimented Mr Irani on his well trained staff. He's a good boss so his employees are happy and show it in their service 😊

We knew this owner uncle very well he always used to smile their smoothie too was a favorite we even went to the new big shop wen it was inaugurated in andheri next to the the old one with multiple items otherwise before tht in 90s it was just serving puffs nd pastry which was also very delicious nd still the same taste

They started their bakery in our lane initially with brun pav, soft ( pav, (laadih ) and bread loaves , buns, etc in the 70’s still remember Keki and the other 2 brothers and their dad too . The most humble people. Nothing to beat Merwans

I miss the fruit cake of Nahoum's of Kolkata in Mumbai. Someone gave me Merwan's fruit cake and trust me it was so close to Nahoum's which is a Jewish bakery. Traditional stuff.

All the South Indian bakerys have Egg puffs for ages, be it karanataka ,Tamil nadu ,Andhra pradesh or kerala u get these wonderful tasting puffs. These puffs were our favourites too.

Been having merwans puffs & other products ince 4 decades....never had a bad experience....Noone can beat their puffs...other bakeries/restaurants make it so heavy, puff pastry is not flaky enough....the ones at Merwans are perfect! Those who don't like their puffs seriously have poor taste
