Skip to virtually anywhere as the intro and outro are a little dull, This is a single voice being played in multiple octaves which when slowed down sounds like musical instruments which is pretty cool. enjoy!

From a musical perspective, this is absolutely incredible. Imogen Heap makes amazing chords in her music anyways. In a normal song, taking a breath technically creates momentary dissonance. When that breath is slowed down 800% the resolve to a normal chord makes an absolutely breathtaking effect. I think I may use this effect in an original track at a later date; it's just that fantastic.

Imogen Heap, musically, technically and vocally, is incredible. The verse progression is a I V vi IV in the key of A (one of the most used/overused chord progressions in all of music - look up the "Axis of Awesome" 4 chord song). But she decorates the chords with a lot of 7ths and 9ths and close harmonies (m and M 2nds) to spice things up.

neon catdragon everyone has a third eye silly. it's buried in the center of our brains and i believe is called the pineal gland. it's actually a remnant from our reptile/amphibian past.. supposedly. but of course over millions of years of evolution we've buried ours deep; but some would say it can still be utilized under certain conditions. it allows us to "see" things outside of our normal reality. and a singularity WOULD definitely be bad if i were somehow able to open one here.. fortunately though i was speaking more about just taking a look into the "outside" of what we know as reality. black holes are black (or more actually they aren't black, they're nothingness). blinding light is quite different. What if I told you, be free to imagine that and ever further, but there are ideas that This is all there ever was. Us, humans, living and some day, not living. :) Creating the most influential ideas, the limits to our fantasies, to maybe one day reach through generations. You know, religious ideas like: Immortality, peace around and within, unlimited energy, traveling at ease in space & time, the victory over our ignorance. Even this music. It isn't "Just Is". Someone had to work hard to understand the vibrations of strings, the movement of the air on Earth, how to program a code, add a slow-down feature, but also many other tweakable parameters like the octavizer, to give it more of the clarity or depth we "feel". It's not done for you by Heaven'ly powers. It's done by "just" us. :) The credit only goes for religion in the seeking out what creates feelings of joy & bliss in us - a natural drug, but a drug non the less. Drugs by essence are to mess with our natural chemistry that makes us understand, feel, interact with the world we live in - and that's the tricky part! This is the part when an individual or a community can blindfully accept some idea, without ever considering to doubt it. To give it a chance of doubt. Giving in to a natural drug, which aimes to make the world seem a more blissful place then it yet is! :) (Looking at you, The Middle Ages) It can be marvellous (life on Earth), but when we have done real acts to make it better, then some day, eventually - we won't need the luxurious false promises of any religion/spiritual idea. We will have created everything with our own love of life to feel geniunely the hard work and achievement of clarity as humans. :) Until then! Let's have arguments and make deeds to better ourselves ;)

I swear there's an aspect of her voice/soul...I dunno what it is that is literally otherworldly and it's NOT simply bc all of the synth and tuning...her bare voice is quite remarkable in the most lovely and strange way. I rarely enjoy an artist so much as her and a choice few other talented ppl. I wonder if this is what ascending to Heaven feels/sounds like.

if you ever feel sad, just listen to this over the top of any Bob Ross video and the sad goes away

7:55 to about 9:30 is my favourite section, especially around 8:00, when it sounds like a perfectly harmonized choir.

This is stunning. I left my usual stuff playing and picking up whatever links from anywhere, and it got to 13 mins and I thought 'what is this lovely music?'. Thank you.

Sometimes sounds like this can be quite Erie and creepy to me, almost unsettling, you know?

I know! I usually have that too with slowed music... But for some reason, with this song It only made me feel really calm. Probably because (almost?) all notes are major, making it really pretty to listen to.
