Love the mini workouts, perfect for the times I really don't want to exercise! I am trying to make sure I do something every day, even if it's just 5 minutes to get the habit by the time the temperature drops again!

Haven't tried this one yet. But am going to. Probably not quite the same as what you are doing, I have had knee replacement about 3 years ago, and the legs aren't quite the same as they used to be. But can keep it the same for the most part.

Also... I noticed my fasting blood sugar drops by abt 20 points after I do this WO (I chk it abt 30mins to an hr after), which is good 4 me, esp if I ate something I shdnt have the night b4🙈🤗
