Battery tray might come in handy for the Mk2 I’m building At least one of the Mk1 VR6 mount kits locates the motor really low, so the factory intake manifold will clear the hood. Guess whoever designed the kit didn’t think about lows

I think they are so low, because of axle clearance with suspension compression. My Eurowise kit is low too.

Same way. Just cut downpipe flanges off and build off the stock manifolds like i did

In process of building a 12v vrt and curious what exactly made you go from micro squirt to fuel tech. I was leaning towards fuel tech and was told micro squirt will give me what I need for a street car for a fraction of the price. I’m shooting for about 500hp. Some feedback would be awesome 🤙🏻

Many thing Mostly tech Dbw cop sequential injection and all the drag race features Micro works great but when you want all the tech/saftey you have to go to another ecu

And I like to play on the safer side of things as my wallet is not a mile long lol I’ve got like 12 grand into the car so far and want to take every precautionary measure I can 😆. Haven’t gotten the tuning good enough yet to see temps under real boost Cruising around temps are fine so far. The dbw has been tough tuning

The oxygen sensor is basically hanging in fresh air, I don't see how it can work properly with such a short exhaust?

Idle not so much, just idle tune by ear But under load usually fine Most race cars are this way Just haven’t had time to make the exhaust
